IT support and time-saving automations for small businesses in Bexley and south-east London
I'm Fiyin. I set up and look after IT for small teams – Microsoft 365, laptops, email, backups – and build simple automations that take repetitive admin off your plate.

What I can help with
Most of my clients have between 2 and 20 staff and no IT person. Usually they've got a mix of shared passwords, a few spreadsheets doing too much, and someone in the office who "knows about computers" and is fed up of being asked.
I do two things:
Ongoing IT support – a monthly plan where I look after your accounts, devices and backups, and you've got someone to message when something breaks.
Automation projects – one-off builds that join up the tools you already use (Xero, QuickBooks, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, booking systems) so the boring bits happen on their own.

About me
I work in IT service support, with a focus on cloud platforms and AI tools. In my day job I deal with the same problems small businesses have – just at a bigger scale – and I started Finora Technologies to give smaller teams the same kind of support without the big-company price.
I'm based in Bexley, south-east London. Most work is done remotely, so I can help businesses anywhere in the UK. I'll always tell you honestly whether something is worth automating – sometimes the answer is a better spreadsheet, not a new system.

How it works
- A short call. 20 minutes, free. You tell me what's taking up time or causing problems.
- A written proposal. What I'll do, the fixed price and how long it'll take.
- The work. I build and test it, then walk you through it and leave written notes.
- Ongoing support if you want it. No lock-in.
